Two new drinking holes down the road

Special thanks to Erin Riley, who pointed out to us today that there will (most likely) be TWO new bars opening up in Glebe soon (should their applications receive approval).

Alright, so Glebe is not strictly Ultimo, but it’s within walking distance, which is all you really need with a bar, isn’t it?

One application is for 87 Glebe Point Road, for a General Bar Hotel Licence, for an establishment known as THE LITTLE GUY. It will have a capacity for 100, and will trade 12pm - 12am Mon-Sat, and 12pm-10pm Sunday.

And then, at 92 Glebe Point Road there is a proposal for a wine bar / cafe with a General Bar Hotel Licence. It will have a capacity of 120 people, with a rear courtyard. It will be open 10am - 12pm, all days, and 10am - 10pm for outdoor areas. We don’t yet know the name of this place, so for now we’re calling it THE OTHER GUY.
