Guest Post: “street art …”

Penultimo recently received this guest post from Juliette:

“I was so disappointed to see the removal of an iconic piece of street art from Bulwarra Rd recently. I wonder if this was council sanctioned and if it was I wonder why they haven’t focussed their attention on the mangled and dangerously damaged low clearance sign on the underpass or the pointless tagging on the side of the ‘Aspire’ artwork? Priorities? This small piece of street art added some character to an otherwise uninspiring barrier and I’m not sure who it offended to warrant its deletion.”
