A Development Application has been lodged with City of Sydney for 349-357 Bulwara Road. It is currently under assessment. The application is for the:
“Partial demolition of the existing commercial building and redevelopment for an 8 storey residential building with 123 units and basement parking for 35 cars. The proposal includes a new internal courtyard, landscaping and public domain upgrades. The site also faces Parbury Lane and Henson Lane.”
This is the ugly office-like building on Bulwara Road, facing the terraced side of Bulwara, next door to Casa Mia. No documents are attached on the City of Sydney website, so this is all we can tell you for now.
